We are contracted with many insurance plans, as well as with Sutter Physicians Alliance and Sierra Nevada IPA. Our billing staff are well trained in all aspects of medical billing procedures and will do all that is necessary to obtain payment from your insurance carrier for the services you receive in our office. It is helpful if you are knowledgeable about your plan benefits.
It is important that you provide us with all the essential information regarding your coverage; we will ask for a copy of your insurance card at the time of registration. If your insurance carrier changes during the course of your treatment, please let us know so that we might update your information.
We are apart of many Medical Provider Networks for various worker’s compensation carriers. We have established excellent working relationships with many adjusters in an effort to keep your claim updated.
Financial arrangements may be made by contacting our billing specialists. We do accept Visa and Mastercard, and we are able to take payments over the phone.
