Our Medical Assistants are available to assist you with questions relating to your care while a patient at Sacramento Knee & Sports Medicine.  When needing to speak to your provider, you will be directed to the Medical Assistant assigned to your physician.  This will expedite communication and get your questions answered with the attention you deserve.

Renew Your Prescription
Please contact your pharmacy and have them phone us with a renewal request.  These requests are reviewed and returned as quickly as possible.

If this request is for medication not previously prescribed to you by Sacramento Knee & Sports Medicine, please speak with the Medical Assistant regarding your request.  Please have all of your pharmacy contact information available.

Please note that we do not refill medications on the weekend.

Our answering service will take the information necessary to reach the physician on call.  This may or may not be your regular physician.  Please be assured that the physician on call will address any urgent matter that you may have relating to your care with our office, and assist you with your questions.  Your treating physician will be notified on the next business day regarding your call, and follow up with you as needed.
